Course overview

Performance and reward strategy is integral to business success but to what extent do your current systems support the hybrid world of work? This programme explores the alignment of organisational strategy with performance and reward using a range of practice-based examples. You will learn what constitutes reward intelligence and how this can be used to support decision making. You will assess a range of reward practices, policies and principles and their fit with hybrid working (e.g. London weighting) and issues of equity, fairness, consistency and transparency. You’ll also discover how to manage performance effectively in a virtual world.
