Course overview

In a world that is changing so quickly being able to adapt is key to survival. Adopting an agile approach can help HR to respond faster and more flexibly to workforce changes and customer needs. In this programme you’ll learn about agile principles and the benefits of an agile approach to HR including how to improve team collaboration, encourage continuous feedback, adapt more effectively and achieve greater measurement of output. Using examples, we’ll look at how to apply an agile approach to HR using the agile mindset to build conditions for an agile culture. We’ll explore tools and practices to increase Business Agility across the employee lifecycle enabling you to release innovation and competence back in the workplace.
