You will learn what constitutes reward intelligence and how this can be used to support decision making.  You will assess a range of reward practices, policies and principles and their fit with hybrid working (e.g. London weighting) and issues of equity, fairness, consistency and transparency.  You’ll also discover how to manage performance effectively in a virtual world.
